ok so if i got this right the rules of mic spamming are something along thelines of, dont spam over other spamers or people who are talking or so lound no one can talk, no annoying spams like high pitched ones and crap no one really likes, wait for the oppertunity to spam dont play another right after yours, and if it causes you or someone else lag or people complain i should probibly turn it off.

First off i dont think that it was a suprise that im posting a thread about this or that i was perma muted, and

it is no suprise that I was perma muted defining the cercumstanses. I did not want to post another thread

because i was threatend via flapjack by pimpmahine that if I ever went on the forums about me getting muted

by ninny that he would get ninny to ban me or ninny would ban me something along those lines (not that i

belevied him but it did make me worry). That is actually one of the problems i want to adress is me being

constantly threatend by pimpmahine that he will cry to ninny and get me muted gaged or some other bull, and

frankly pimpmahine not only does it to me he does it to everyone else, then him and the people who are on

the list (besides admins) most of the time spam actual spams over the music spammer. Hes acting like the

pre-admin kratos only much worse, and when people on the list do spam they usually spam actual SPAMS and

abuse there non affiliated powers, and he always enforces the list rule even though static did not make it an

offical rule (because its his server not ninnys).


Now on to the main topic on the table I wanted to talk about,

the perma mute, honestly i think ninny was just doing her job but this situation could have been comepletely

avoided in many other routes could have been taken. At first it was not a very big deal that I kept getting

muted for what i think was no real good reason because ninny was allowing other people (permision or not) to

spam but leave me out of it which i find very unfair since everyone has the right to mic spam as long as its

not annoying, which frankly i honestly dont think my spams are (I try my best to make my spams enjoyable).

When ninny posted that list of who could, could not, mic spam that is when everything went to hell, non

admin players that were on the list suddenly thought they were the regulators of who could and who could not

spam even though the list was not official. Also I found the list to be very bias, the admin part was fine but

the non admin players selected were all of ninnys friends, and that is why ninny should not even control the

list and only the server owner admin should control that, hell there shouldnt even be a list, if the spam is fine

and is not annoying the MAJORITY (NOT MINORATY please call a vote) of the people on the server you

shouldnt even mute them, but they also made client mute for a reason. All in all this time im not really going

to call bullshit because i was warned many times to stop, especially by the same admin the other admins dont

really give a shit which makes me think that ninny has some personal bias agenst me and i dont believe in

using personal opinions in a job or job like position. At this point im blabbering like I always do on a thread

starter and please dont move this to the admin only section or close it this, not only conserns me it conserns

eveyone on the TF2 DM Mariokart SpringPrt12 2012 server.

So I came across a discovery wile playing pyro on the UA's TF2 DM Mariokart map and we were fighting outside and i realized my jetpack wouldnt go down, so i thought that this was a glitch and kept spamming the jet pack. Later I realized that the pyro had been given unlimited jetpack. This gets annoying somethimes when we actually start playing outside and theres at least one pyro going around spamming the jet pack and when i do do damage to him he runs away out of my range, unless im a sniper but even then hitting him is very difficult. Dont get me wrong i dont mind jet pack its just annoying when a pyro outside spams it, and i think it incurages us to just stay in the tunnels more. so what do you guys think?

1. 80% of the people on the server dont even have permision

   OK first off in my previus thread "Muted, no warning" I was not allowed to say what i wanted to say

in a defence so im going to say it now. Like i said earlier 80% of the people dont get permision to "spam" and

the excuse "you shouldnt do it in the first place" like the "you need to get permision to do it" is also like i said

a crock of "bullshit". Second point "the spam was annoying" which is probably the biggest stupid excuse ever,

everyone knows ninny loves anime and the spam was just a nice quiet sneezy jazz anime opener tune that no

one would really find annoying unless you have a deep hatered for sneezy jazz anime openings, to get

"hatered" confused with "annoying". The third point kind of makes since i was also unintentionaly muted of

"lagging the server" but other people were also "spamming" there mics, what about them? also as just a

regular person on the server i find myself with lag from mic spams but initialy like the spam so i dont really

care because most of the time (like 99% of the time)i just love what people are spamming and the other 1%?

actuall SPAMMERS that make my ears bleed to an extent (lovely), so initialy i have to put up with the lag but

admins can be like: "OH? im getting lag i should mute the guy whos talking or playing a song other people

seem to be enjoying" as with the adverage person: "OH? im getting lag, but im really enjoying this spam so

im going to tough though it and if i get disconnected from the server ALL I HAVE TO DO IS REJOIN", or with

the second senario with the adverage person: "OH im getting lag and i dont really like this spam im just going

to CLIENT mute this person until there done", and yes some people have said: But YUM YUMS, you have

complained about getting disconnected from the server?, yes i have but that was when people were talking

over each other, and THAT is what gets annoying.

                                                                    The forth point is I dont care what kind of mute it is, its a

mute which gets frustraiting because when i do some how get unmuted ill actually just ask ninny to "spam"

and the more likely answer is NO, from the hoovy which i do not take seriusly, other people get to spam with

permision but cause lag but they get to do it because all they did was they ask, and a spam about circus afros

and amazing horses is just much less annoying then a nice calm sneezy jazz tune that lightens the mood. the

fith and final point is "stop trying to start shit" but the only reson im starting "shit" is what i think happened

is honeslty Bullshit the mute maybe not so much but no warning= no no bullshit. Now before we come to

conclusions and close the thread some people might actually have an opinion about this. Also most likely

another admin will come on here saying why im wrong and because the admin is always right and the normal

player is always wrong even though we are imperfect beings made by god. For those of you how did read this

I understand the rules of the server and the "NEED PERMISION" from an admin to "spam" but everyone who does "spam" on the UA knows thats a crock of shit. At lease 80% or more of the people on the ua server spam to there liking and if they did ask for permision i never saw it, the whole excuse here was "i Did not have permision in the first place" which in my personal opinion is a load of bull crap, even though it really wasnt annoying and a few people actually liked it. Also i constanly look at the chat even if the mute was right in someone elses opinion Admins usually give a warning before they mute someone and i saw no such warning and  i would have stoped if she told me to but she just went ahead and muted. Honestly I think ninny is just out to get me and uses any excuse she can find to get me muted, gaged or any other cruel punishmentyou could give someone on a f2p internet game

i was on the server today and there were two spammers that got kinda annoying, so like always i gave them a warning and they said they wouldnt stop and the intimidated me and kept spamming over me and caused me some lag (but not to much). so when they did keep spamming over me i tryed to get an admin. i dont use admin alert because people can clearly see me putting it in and the person that usually gets muted ends up hating me more than the admin. Anyway I tryed to get an admin that was on my friends list in there but none were on so i tryed catpost he was also offline. So the only thing i could do was either contact ninny -_-, or use admin alert and be plainly obvius that i was the one who cased the mute and look like a rat. so i decided to contact ninny but it looks like she either blocked me, or steam is very f**ed up, so this put me in a position that i really dont like being in, maybe we should make adminalert a announymous thing?
