Fair enough. Live and let live, I always say. If MLP isn't your cup of tea, or if you don't see the hype, who am I to shout ad hominem attacks at you? It's just not good business. Besides, I'm not one for rule 34 crap anyway. I know some people take pride in taking something sweet and innocent and corrupting it, but I don't swing that way.

Really the reason I watch (And what drew me in because I watched it as a dare at first) was its animation, humor, and music (Oh man the music). However, like I said, I'm no going to endlessly sing its praise like it's Jesus in cartoon form.

^Yeah, really the reason a lot of us are like that is because we tend to get a lot of hate/trolling and whatnot, to the point where false flagging was the norm, so that's a bit of an excuse. As for me, like I said, it makes me no better than the Bieber fan brats to whine about trolls.

As for the Pony thing, yeah I know it's not everyone's cup of tea and I'm not the type to force it down anyone's throats (That'd make me as bad as the Twilight fan girls. xD). I just noticed there were some people here who enjoy it so I thought I'd mention it.

I know I've been around on both the Mario Kart server and this forum, but I feel you guys don't know me that well. That's about to change.

My name is James, but I usually go by Pickslide, SLide of Pickles, or Nightmare Moon on Steam. I'm 18 years old and I've been playing TF2 since it was F2P (I was about to buy it but literally a day later it was F2P). I honestly think I'm decent, good on some days, sucky on others.

As for personal interests outside of TF2, I'm a musician and aspiring cartoonist. Heck, one of the things that drew me into Tf2 was its cartoony graphics. Anyway, I play guitar, bass, drums, and a bit of piano/synth.

As you can probably guess by my Steam icon and name, I'm a MLP: FiM fan (I detest the word brony BTW), and proud of it. (Avoids the amount of rotten fruit thrown at his direction) With that out of the way, let's continue.

I'm also a film/music buff. I'd mention some favorites, but I can;'t decide on a select few.

That said, I'm happy I stumbled upon this server and forum and I hope you enjoy my company!

Good plan, Soda. That or if he insists on playing, urge him to make his own Steam if he hasn't, since TF2 is free now. Of course, if he really is a little dirt bag, he'll probably be kicked in 10 seconds flat.

Agreed, Dragon. He was actually on today with me (Rainbow Crash was his name), and he prefers not to use the mic, but even then, he's not really a squeaker (He's 14)

Hey guys, I know I'm not a frequent visitor on the forums as I am in the game, but I've been having trouble playing in the server recently. It's been extremely laggy, as in, I can't move around without it being choppy in terms of character movement. However, other servers work without a problem.

As far as I can tell, everyone else isn't facing this problem, so I'm assuming it's a computer problem rather than a server glitch, but it's getting frustrating. I've tried restarting the game, defragging the files, validating the files, and even restarting my computer, but nothing. IS there something I haven't tried yet?

My brother sometimes goes into the server but under his own Steam. (Rainbow Crash). Don't worry, he's not a douche, on the contrary he's pretty good. Anyway, that sucks, Soda, but that's little brothers for ya. Hope things get better for ya, man.

I think it's alright. The plus side is letting the Pyro use the Reserve Shooter (My personal favorite shotgun), as well as the changes to the Widowmaker, but the bad side is the constant crashing and I think it kind of screwed up the server for me, but I could very well be wrong.

But at the end of the day, it's okay.
