As you said in steam chat, we cannot know the age, but because of that it does still clarify as child porn/hentai child porn. Also as you said Ninny banned you so I am sure she did it rightfully so, as we had a child porn spray troll on a while back that me and kratos were trying to get banned but the troll got away. Ninny might not of known and did it on instinct because the image does give an instant "NONONONONO" vibe. From a mature perspective it is a sick graphic child porn picture utilizing a woody doll"pedo" and a "child small tiny looking child girl doll". Now I think ninny possibly should of warned you and kicked you and told you what it was that is if you were not aware to begin with and told you to never do it again or else a ban. Might of been a better approach, but because servers and people in general can get into a lot of trouble with this sort of thing Ninny may not of wanted to take a chance either way; I would vote in favor of you to be unbanned but warned to never spray a spray like that ever again. However ultimately the decision is left to static and the other admins in terms of whether or not they will unban you Codbarely/codfag.

Lets see if I can explain things...
That is an underage girl. (doll or not)
It's sexually explicit (doll or not)
Toy Story dolls and anime figurines are generally played with by children and as such related to children in general.
Having something related to children that is sexually explicit featuring a girl that does in fact look as though she is under the age of 12 is mildly suggestive of child pornography. (Even if it is a doll)

It's alright to find it amusing, but you need to understand that the rules relating to porn sprays on the server are VERY strict and that something like this which is sexually explicit (doll or not) is ban-able.
I don't care what laugh at or take interest in when speaking of your personal life, but this was not an appropriate spray to use on the Mario Kart server...and actually, it isn't appropriate for any server that specifically says that porn sprays are against the rules.

You also argued with Ninny when she warned you to remove it and to not spray it again. In the future, I would advise focusing less energy on becoming angry and defiant, and more energy on listening to what's going on around you and trying to understand the point of view of others.

No, There isn't genitalia showing. Yes, that is the place where genitalia would be and there are the creases which point to the prospect of having a private area which is being touched in a manner commonly associated with sex. I apologize, but I personally see it as being sexually explicit and I'm very set on clearly explaining the difference between nudity and being sexually explicit. Past that, you should not have argued with an admin. If you found her decision to be incorrect, you could have gone and spoken to Ninny personally about this. Yes, sometimes admins are incorrect, as they are people and just as capable of making mistakes as anyone else...but the people chosen to be admins have shown a degree of responsibility that is above the regular patrons of the server. In my opinion, she was not incorrect in her course of action seeing as the ban was only a half hour and she gave you a warning.

AS far as I knew I was only arguing with pimpmahine. I don't pay attention to the text chat so I just found out from blackjack that ninny was in console typing warnings. I never saw them.

Being sexually suggestive and being pornography are two different things. the FCC lets sex scenes on tv as long as no genitalia is showing. its the same thing here and in the video I posted. the spray is not pornography therefore not against any rules.

Furthermore, It was featured on Paheal.net and paheal does not allow underaged content as of 2 years ago. Its not porn, and its certainly not child porn.

Each place will choose to have it's own course of action and it's own specific opinions and guidelines as far things that are tracing the boarder of being inappropriate or sexual in any manner. You should not have argued with an admin, because clearly a few people were bothered by something they chose to consider sexually explicit (myself included) and as I've said before, you could have taken it up with her personally. Pimp was telling you in voice chat that Ninny was warning you and since it was becoming a big deal, you should have been paying attention to the text chat overall. Past that, it's interesting to me that you're choosing to make such a big deal about a half hour ban. None of this was really needed.

I'm making a big deal about the reason, not the ban. just because a handful of people don't like it makes it against the rules. and then of course ninny goes and edits the rules list. figures he would do something like that. why was pony and furry against the rules of sprays anyway? and what about the fucking portal porn room huh? you guys forget about that? if you want to ban me for an image like the one I posted, you might as well mute and gag all the players and get rid of the portal porn block because a lot of the micspams and things people talk about is a lot fucking worse than what i had as my spray. im making a big deal out of it because I've been wronged. you can't randomly ban people for stuff of the same caliber that other people get away with.

I understand what you are saying, but for one Ninny is a girl. Two, She edited the rules list because I said it was unclear as far as the furries and ponies. That was meant as furry porn and pony porn but made it sound like all furry or pony related articles were banned. So you can blame that one on me. As far as pornographic mic spams, Ninny does in fact mute people for those. The Map used on the Mario Kart server belongs to static and as such, I assume it is his decision to keep the Portal block in place. I don't know what his reasoning is, and I might be wrong on that but if it is in fact his decision to keep it in, then we are in no place to question it. I do not claim to understand why every single decision is made, but I can tell you that majority of the time it is simple to figure out the reasoning behind the actions of the admins and/or managers and quite logical if you put your own emotions and motives aside. Please be reasonable, if the time stamps are correct then you are already allowed to return.

Technically this is a Lolicon doll (I've seen then before on lolicon sites for sale), hence you can and will be banned for it. It was a temp ban so there is nothing you can do, but wait till the time is up and change the spray you use. The only reason we do this is because if anyone see's this they can reported to ICE and our servers can and will be seized by them. As well as our other servers and possible our computer systems since we are the managers. I don't think it would be wise to go posting this around since if it is flagged and gets back to you, you will be on the sex offender list for the rest of your life. Not only that, but we might also be put on the sex offender list for hosting it. It has nothing to do with being graphic cp but people have gone to jail for lolicon, do you want that.

I'm sorry but I have to remove the image as well as close this thread there is nothing else we can do to resolve this.

I'm not sure what your spray was but if the content of the picture was questionable, then you probably shouldn't spray it. Anything related to someone underage real or cartoon, depicted in any sexual way is forbidden in our servers and will get you banned.
