I stumbled upon a server that has the Holy Plugin of Melee. It strips you of weapons when you enter a specific area and give your weapons back when you leave! but, I need to know the console command to see their list of plugins. Please tell me, so I can help improve the server.

This was already made by static last week, but he is expanding how the plugin works so he will update sometime in the near future.

"sm plugins". Will bring up the plugins and you would type "sm plugins 11, 22" and so on to see the next pages.

According to Static, sm_plugins is a verb.  In Spanish, it would be sm_pluginsar, or "to sm_plugin"
