I have a new steam account because i got scammed (please read!)

I got my steam account and email address hacked because of a scam. Some of you know about this and some of you probably dont. This is what the message said: (DON'T CLICK THE LINK AND IF YOU DO, DON'T TYPE ANYTHING IN THE BOXES.)
